Raleigh, NC (July 29, 2016) – After his May 14 first round KO win in Raleigh, NC, undefeated boxing Phenom, Maynard Allison 5-0 (4 KO’s) returns to the ring Saturday, August 6, 2016 in either Goldsboro, NC or Bristol, PA.
Maynard Allison will face an opponent TBD or he will face the always dangerous Samuel Teah 7-1 (2 KO’s) of Philadelphia, PA. Teah is 2-0-1 in his last three fights against known contenders Ray Velez, O’Shaqiue Foster, and Demond Brock . Teah is looking to continue his momentum against the highly talented Maynard Allison, and use this opportunity for much bigger paydays.
Allison had an impressive amateur career where he won 44 bouts, became a 2x Golden Gloves Champion, won a North Carolina state title, won regionals in North Carolina, District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia, and won a total of 8 belts. All conference in three high school sports, Maynard turned professional in 2015.
Allison, who is signed to Greg Cohen Promotions, managed by Anthony Brown of “Bare Knuckles Entertainment,” and coached by Keedar Massey of “Inner City Boxing Gym” in Durham, NC, continues his course for an extremely productive and a very busy 2016.
