Wilson, NC Boxing Phenom Austin Bryant To Make Las Vegas Debut Sept 30

Wilson, NC (September 21) – The undefeated, rising cruiserweight, superstar and boxing phenom, Austin Bryant of Wilson, NC will make his Las Vegas debut September 30 on The Roy Jones Jr Knockout Night At The D Card live from the D Las Vegas arena.

Austin “Babyface Assassin” Bryant 2-0 (2 KO’s) will put his undefeated record on the line against Adrian Taylor of Texas.

Adrian Taylor 1-0 is from Mesquite, TX.  Taylor had a strong amateur career, and he has sparred with and won the praise of Errol Spence Jr.  Taylor won his pro debut August 26, 2016 by knocking out Willie Burch in Phoenix, AZ.

Austin Bryant 2-0 (2 KO’s) will be fighting in his third professional fight, and Bryant will be looking to extend his KO streak to three consecutive fights. Bryant’s last fight on July 23 at the Durham Convention center was a first round stoppage of the previously unbeaten 8-0 (8 KO’s) Zed Mitchell.

Austin Bryant, who has been described as humble, heavy handed, competitive, the truth, and more importantly hard working, had an impressive amateur career fighting in thirty one amateur fights. Bryant was saluted in November 2013 by NC USA Boxing Association, was 2013 NC Jr Olympic Champ, was 2013 Georgia Paul Murphy National Title Belt Champ, 2014 NC/VA Golden Gloves Tournament runner-up, 2014 Missouri Ringside World Championship participant, and participated in Philadelphia’s “Pathway to the Olympics.”

Bryant, who is a first class athlete, played several sports, but his strong desire for one on one competition and contact led him to start boxing at the early age of 10. After being hit by a pitch in his first at bat in baseball, Austin had a strong want to retaliate. The BabyFace Assassin’s mom, Tracey, had enough, and led him to the gym, where he has been training ever since to become boxing’s next big star.

Bryant is managed by his Step-Dad, Tony Meeks, and coached/trained by Leroy Gray of “Gray’s Hardcore Boxing Gym” in Wilson, NC. Austin Bryant made his pro debut on May 13, 2016 stopping Sam Boylan in sensational fashion.

Team Bryant plans to stay busy to help the 19 year old BabyFace Assassin mature, and reach his goal of becoming the greatest world champion.

The “Knockout Night at the D” series, presented by the D Las Vegas and DLVEC, is promoted by Roy Jones Jr. (RJJ) Boxing Promotions.
