Unbeaten knockout artist Jessie Fletcher is officially on the fast track to stardom. The Lafayette, Louisiana native—boasting a perfect 11-0 record with 11 KOs—has signed with Fighters First Management, aligning himself with one of boxing’s fastest-rising powerhouses. With comparisons already being drawn to UFC icon Dustin Poirier, Fletcher’s explosive rise is no longer a secret—it’s a warning to the division
ATLANTA – Fighters First Management has officially announced the signing of another young rising star to join their growing stable, as unbeaten Jessie Fletcher has become the latest fighter to turn to the burgeoning managerial company in search of support in reaching his world title aspirations.

“I believe Jessie Fletcher could have a similar impact on boxing as Dustin Poirier had on the UFC,”– Fighters First CEO Adrian Clark
“I’m super excited to be working with Fighters First Management after seeing the progress they made with Brian Norman Jr., as well as the big names they work with such as Errol Spence Jr. and Edwin De Los Santos,” said Fletcher. “For all the fans, I’m excited to finally show the skills I have and put on the best performance I possibly can every time I step into the ring.”
Born in Houston, Fletcher’s family moved to Lafayette, Louisiana, as he began to pursue his boxing dream at just eight-years-old. Now sporting a perfect 11-0 record, Fletcher has shown tremendous power by ending all 11 fights by knockout. In his last outing the 25-year-old turned away his toughest opponent to date, stopping the 19-6 David Lobo Ramirez with just two seconds left in round one.

As he continues his ascent toward contender status, Fighters First CEO Adrian Clark stated his belief that Fletcher could follow in the successful footsteps of another Lafayette-native, UFC star Dustin Poirier.
“I think Jessie could have a similar impact on boxing as Dustin Poirier had on the UFC,” said Clark. “He comes to fight and has power in both hands. I can’t wait to see Jessie back in the ring sooner than later.”
“I’ve known Jessie since he was a kid and I’m very excited to finally have him with the Fighters First family,” said Kenny Pyle, co-owner of Fighters First Management. “[legendary Lafayette-based boxing trainer] Beau Williford would be extremely pleased.”
The signing is the latest for Clark during a successful recent run that saw him help guide Brian Norman Jr. to a welterweight world championship, while also adding top contender Edwin De Los Santos and Domonique Francis to his fast-growing stable of fighters.
